Neiderquill Contracting, Inc. is owned by Mark and Louanne Neiderquill.
Mark attended Central Michigan University from 1976-1981 graduating
with a degree in Industrial Education and Technology and is
vocationally certified through the State of Michigan to teach
residential construction. Mark began his career as a building
trades teacher, in Portland, Michigan completing one new house
a year with students. In 1988, Mark left the teaching profession
to begin Neiderquill Contracting, Inc.

Neiderquill Contracting, Inc. is a family owned business in
Saginaw. Mark and Louanne have three children working with them
in the business. Jeremy Neiderquill is working with the corporation
full time. Ryan and Jennifer Neiderquill work with the business
on a part time basis.
|
Being a small corporation run by a family, we are able to focus
on a common value system. We believe that our clients are important
to our continued success and their satisfaction our top priority.
Our ability to communicate to our clients and work with them
through their building projects is the catalyst to that success.
We also, believe that maintaining a clean work site and timely
completion of a project is core to respecting the clients and
their property.
